Debroy Chan joined TRIEC in January 2017 and serves as Vice President – Programs and Operations. TRIEC addresses the persistent problem of immigrant underemployment – so the Greater Toronto Area benefits from the untapped potential of immigrants, rather than wasting the tremendous skills and experience that they have to offer. Debroy has over 20 years’ experience in human resource management and international recruitment, project management for organization development projects and more than seven years in the not-for-profit employment sector in Canada.
