Rayan Miranda holds a master’s degree in medical and psychiatric social work. He is a member of the Governing Council of the Indian Association of Career and Livelihood Planning. Rayan is also the Assistant Director of The Promise Foundation and leads the Foundation’s engagement with students from socioeconomically disadvantaged backgrounds. He manages the career guidance activities conducted by the Jiva Network of Career Counsellors, which is spread across India. He is extensively experienced in career guidance and has worked with more than 10,000 students. Currently, he is pursuing his doctoral studies on a topic that focuses on the effect of the home career learning environment and the influence of parents on the career development orientations of high school students from socioeconomically disadvantaged homes.

Rayan Miranda est titulaire d’une maîtrise en travail social médical et psychiatrique, et il est membre du conseil d’administration de l’Indian Association of Career and Livelihood Planning. Il est également directeur adjoint de la Promise Foundation et dirige les activités de cette dernière liées à l’engagement auprès des étudiants issus de milieux socioéconomiquement défavorisés. De plus, il gère les activités d’orientation professionnelle menées par le Jiva Network of Career Counsellors, qui est présent partout en Inde. Il possède une grande expérience de l’orientation professionnelle et a travaillé avec plus de 10 000 étudiants. Actuellement, il poursuit ses études doctorales en se concentrant sur l’effet de l’environnement d’apprentissage à la maison en lien avec l’éducation aux choix de carrière, de même que l’influence des parents sur les orientations de développement de carrière des élèves du secondaire issus de foyers socioéconomiquement défavorisés.
